History

The creative spirit that I have developed as a writer has germinated and is 99% due to my grandmother and also 'Writer Alice Nicolas (1929) from 3400 Landen' (Flemish Brabant-Belgium).

Spontaneously, as it were, by going on vacation to 'Egypt' accompanied by my real friend and a 'good friend' (a reading book), I came to the conclusion that I suddenly started writing instead of reading...

An unannounced turnaround in my mind sprung almost out of the blue with the accompanying creative thoughts...

I have always had a creative mind, since my childhood I had many philosophical conversations with my grandmother, which ended up in the infinite universe...

Since I spent almost all of my childhood from the age of six to the age of eighteen in Landen (Flemish Brabant) and grew up carefree in the countryside, accompanied by the flowers and the bees and often spent time in the nature reserve the 'Beemden' or fishing in the Molenbeek and thus experienced a truly imaginative, exuberant and lively childhood, it should not surprise you that I was very happy as a child!

To then go out into the wide world at the age of eighteen...

After literally 'twenty-three years' of having known the city with its hustle and bustle and dreams, and having become richer in a few illusions and many life experiences, I have happily 'landed' as an adult 'forty-something', in the HEART of the Ardennes ...

In a vibrant youthful dream, ascended in 'Landen' at the age of eighteen and finally 'Landed' in my forties in the sea of trees in the HEART of the Ardennes, breathing tranquility...

Where I have been running a well-running Bed & Breakfast together with my partner for years!

During those 'twenty-three years', literally from "Amsterdam, Rome to Paris, all cities have been 'reviewed'! A person eventually becomes wiser and one eventually finds happiness & inner peace with age... ​​​​​​​
